What is the best way to reach you?

Who do I report website issues to?
If you are having problems with a feature on our website, please first try using another browser. If the issue persists, please give us a phone call at 319-752-5603 and ask to speak with our webmaster.
Who do I report legal issues to?
For any legal issues, to include questions about existing contracts or compliance, please give us a phone call at 319-752-5603 and ask to speak with our General Manager or CTO.
Who do I report abuse or spam to?
If you have evidence that one of our systems, or a client of ours who uses these systems, is sending unsolicited email or has been compromised, please give us a phone call right away – as this will be the fastest way to resolve the issue.
What is your response time?
Once we receive your phone call or message it will be passed on to Dispatch and/or the technician(s) involved. You can expect a response from someone within an hour, typically within 10-15 minutes. If a technician is unavailable service may need to be scheduled for a later time.
Why can't someone help me right away?
While we do our very best to assist all clients as quickly as possible it may not be possible due to call volume. Dispatch will prioritize calls based on severity and impact. The same consideration is afforded to all clients equally.

What should I do if I believe I have been hacked?
If you believe your user account, mailbox, computer, etc. has been compromised by a malicious script or hacker – please CALL US IMMEDIATELY! Do not delay in giving us a phone call at 319-752-5603. While you are waiting, disconnect the affected system from the network if you are able to.
